The Foxhole leadership team consists of talented leaders with years of Information Technology, Application Development / Design, and Cybersecurity experts and technology and information security professionals with decades of experience powering result driven technology solutions across the federal government. We understand the challenges our clients face because we’ve faced those same challenges firsthand.

Wes Hester

Wes founded Foxhole Technology in 2007. He brings 35+ years of experience leading highly skilled teams and successfully delivering IT programs. He is a certified DoD level III Acquisition Program Management Executive. Avid golfer, husband, and father of two wonderful girls.

Gus Tomé

Gus is a proven C-Level visionary in the global cyber, data, and emerging tech markets. Provides innovative thought leadership and delivers outstanding technical, business, and financial results. Led successful startups and global divisions. A devoted family man and a volunteer Fire Fighter.

Julian Wildes

Julian is an experienced, results-driven leader with 35+ years of experience in finance. He wears multiple hats and is instrumental in driving Foxhole’s financial strategy. He enjoys cooking all types of cuisine, is an avid gardener, and loves hanging out with his wife and their hound.

Stewart Kerr

Stewart leads Foxhole’s innovation solutioning and technology implementations to drive organizational transformation. He brings a wealth of experience as a thought leader with 40 years of technical expertise.  In his time off, he can be found golfing or enjoying a good book.

Ken Adams

Ken is a highly successful cybersecurity practice lead with more than 20 years of experience guiding strategic enhancements across federal, state, and local government programs. He also serves as the Industry Chair of the ACT-IAC Cyber Community of Interest.

Joe Burke

Joe leads our technical innovation and strategy for technical program management, as well as Foxhole's Development and Testing lab. He led the engineering efforts on a “World-Wide” SIEM project that processed over a trillion events per year and is a highly certified cyber Subject Matter Expert.

VP - Contracts & Compliance

Peter Dierbeck

Peter is an experienced consensus building leader with attention to detail who brings other points of view to the table. He is responsible for all aspects of our acquisition strategy and contract and risk management. In his off-hours, he will most likely be found watching his kids play baseball or soccer.

Darcy Valdes

Darcy is passionate about attracting and retaining top talent, driving recruitment strategies, and fostering employee engagement while building a strong corporate culture. She is a foodie
and enjoys spending time with her family and rescue hound.

Charles (Chuck) Walters

Chuck brings a winning track record of strategic leadership in cybersecurity, IT, and security engineering.  He delivers innovative and agile solutions that solve client pain points and leads highly skilled teams that consistently exceed expectations. He is an Army Vet with 26 years serving all over the world.   

DIRECTOR - Proposals

Greg Prince

Greg brings a successful track record building and leading winning proposal teams. He runs a tight ship with well-organized, mature processes. He also oversees corporate marketing and branding efforts. A reformed journalist, his background is in editing and publishing.

DIRECTOR - Operations (FAA)

Richard Kenner

Richard is a seasoned program leader with 20+ years of experience, including leading critical IT and cybersecurity programs for DoD and NATO. He oversees all of Foxhole’s security operations contracts. He focuses on empowering his teams to fuel growth and excellence.
