  • Helps individual commands, DoN, and DoD meet SDVOSB contracting goals set by The Veterans Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development Act of 1999 (Public Law 106-50) and Executive Order 13360.

The Chief Information Officer - Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) is a 10-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides streamlined acquisition and fast provisioning. With a $20B ceiling, flexible contract types and the ability to award in modular increments and incorporate performance-based features, CIO-SP3 for small business offers streamlined ordering and processing, saving agencies both time and money. 

DISA DBC SDSS BPA – HC1028-17-A-0010
The DISA Development and Business Center (DBC), Software Development Support Services (SDSS), Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will provide the engineering services to help DISA reach its goal to evolve a consolidated, collaborative, and secure Joint Information Environment (JIE). This contract replaces the DISA MA SDSS BPA.

The eFAST contract is a Federal Aviation Administration multiple Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) with Small Businesses, 8(a), Women-Owned, and Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB) to provide comprehensive management, engineering and technical support services. eFAST is a multi-year MOA program offering a wide array of labor categories with fixed ceiling rates. eFAST is the FAA preferred acquisition vehicle for fulfilling the Agency’s Small Business goals.

GSA eBuy Portal
The GSA e-Business innovation, e-Buy, is an electronic Request for Quote (RFQ) / Request for Proposal (RFP) system designed to allow Federal buyers to request information, find sources, and prepare RFQs/RFPs, online, for millions of services and products offered through the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) and GSA Technology contracts. Federal buyers can use e-Buy to obtain quotes or proposals for services, large quantity purchases, big ticket items, and purchases with complex requirements.

GSA Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS)  
Foxhole Technology provides four new Special Item Numbers (SIN) on the General Services Administration (GSA) HACS contract vehicle which offers cybersecurity services in support of the Cybersecurity National Action Plan (CNAP) and the Cybersecurity Implementation Plan (CSIP).

Foxhole Technology provides Special Item Numbers (SIN) for Professional Engineering Services (PES) on the GSA Professional Services Schedule (PSS), an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule, providing direct access to simple or complex fixed-price or labor-hour professional services including advertising and marketing solutions, business consulting services, environmental services, financial and business services, language services, logistics solutions and professional engineering solutions.

GSA Veterans Technology Services (VETS) 2 – 47QTCH-18-D-0020
Via this 10-year, $5B, GSA Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) contract, set aside solely for SDVOSB, Foxhole Technology will provide support for VeteransTechnology Services in a myriad of areas, including data management; information and communications technology;  IT operations and maintenance; software development; systems design; and new and emerging technologies.

Pension Benefits Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) - 16PBGC-18-A-0007
The $18,000,000, five- year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is for Information Systems Security Support, under our GSA 70 Schedule, using our Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS) SIN for Risk and Vulnerability Assessment (SIN 132-45D) provides Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes for documenting, tracking, and reporting information system mission areas, and the overall  security and privacy risks to the agency. The period of performance is August 10, 2018 – August 9, 2023.  The total ceiling price of the BPA is $18,000,000.

Veterans Technology Services (VETS2) - 247QTCH-18-D-0020
This 10-year, $5B, Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) contract, offers a unique contribution to the federal acquisition community as the only GWAC set-aside exclusively for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). VETS 2 is designed to meet a variety of diverse agency IT requirements, including new and emerging technologies; and will provide federal agencies with customized IT services and IT services-based solutions, as defined in the Clinger-Cohen Act and FAR 2.101.
